I led an initiative on perceptions of investing for new investors, which resulted in the production of a new mobile app. My work as a researcher transitioned into ux design and finally to product design, leading a small design team and partnering with marketing, product, and digital leaders to follow through to a first release.

I researched the current state of wealth management and collaborated on multi-market qualitative research to inform a new wealth product and experience. Future-state ideation helped to inform an experience vision and feature road map, and directional wireframes were delivered to onboard a new product and design team.

I designed, piloted, and productized a series of hands-on workshops to bring together human-centered design, systems thinking, and tech development. Product leaders and their agile crews empathized, strategized, and prioritized end-to-end experiences, incorporating their end-user (or system) into their work to create better practices and ultimately deliver better, faster code.
